But there's this nagging feeling that things feel a little scattered, or a little outdated, or just not quite as put-together as you want them to be.

The problem is, when you're the one building it, it's really hard to see it clearly. You're too close to it. You know exactly what you meant by every choice you made, so it's almost impossible to know how it actually lands for someone walking in cold.

That's where I come in. I'll spend dedicated time going through your entire digital presence as an outside viewer, and I'll give you an honest, thorough look at what's working, what's not, and what I'd do about it. No agenda, no upsell pressure. Just a real, experienced perspective from someone who has spent 15+ years thinking about how brands connect with people.

And if after seeing how I think you want to keep going together, I'll apply every dollar of your audit toward your branding project.

  • A thorough outside perspective at your website, social media channels, and any other key brand touchpoints — experienced as a first-time viewer, not someone who already knows your backstory or what you meant by every choice you made.

  • At least 30 minutes (probably longer, I’m chatty) walking through everything I noticed: what's landing, what's confusing, what's missing, and what I'd prioritize fixing. You can watch it on your own time and come back to it whenever you need to.

  • A written companion to the video, organized by what's working, what isn't, and a clear list of tangible next steps. Something you can actually act on, not just a vague list of things that need attention.

  • We'll talk through my findings together, answer any questions you have, and identify next steps to prioritize based on where you're at. I want you to walk away with clarity and and a plan of attack.

This is for you if...

  • You've had your brand for a while (DIY'd, older, or cobbled together over time) and you're not sure what you actually have or how well it's working

  • You're wrestling with whether it's time to rebrand, and you want an honest outside opinion before you commit to anything bigger

This is not for you if...

  • You already know exactly what's wrong and you're ready to jump straight into fixing it. (Let's just do that instead!)

  • You're just starting out and don't have much of a digital presence yet. There isn't enough to assess, and your budget is better spent building than auditing.

  • You're looking for detailed brand strategy or visual design work. An audit is a clear-eyed assessment and directional recommendations, not a full strategy process or a design project.

  • Your business is mostly local and offline with very little digital presence. This audit is specifically focused on your digital footprint.

THE PROCESS

how it works

  • Right after payment, a short form will pop up. I'll ask for your website, any social channels or other digital touchpoints you want included, and whether there's anything specific you want me to keep in mind. I intentionally keep this short. I want to come in with fresh eyes without a lot of context so I can give you an honest outside perspective.

  • I'll go through your full digital presence as an outside viewer, the way a potential customer or collaborator would, and take stock of everything I'm noticing along the way.

  • A full walkthrough (at least 30 minutes, but probably longer) of everything I observed: what's working and why, what's not connecting and why, and exactly where I’d suggest focusing your efforts.

  • I’ll also send along written companion to the video, breaking down all of my findings so you have something clear to refer back to, share with collaborators, and act on whenever you're ready.

  • Finally, we’ll have a 30-minute call to talk through any questions, dig into anything you want to explore further, and figure out where to go from here.

  • I'd genuinely want to know if something didn't land or if you felt like I missed something important. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.

  • Absolutely! If you decide you’d like to work with me for larger branding services, the total cost of the audit will be applied to your project. Just mention it when you fill out the inquiry form.

  • I can work with what you have! If social is your primary presence right now, that's totally fine. Just know that the more you have for me to look at, the more useful the audit will be.

  • I tell everyone 1-2 weeks, which gives me some breathing room if my schedule is full. In practice, I can usually get it to you within a few days. Either way, I'll let you know roughly when to expect it when I say hello after I've received your intake form.

  • I'm looking at your full digital presence as an outside viewer. That means your website, your social media channels, your email list if it's visible from the outside, and any other front-facing touchpoints you want included. I'm assessing whether I understand who you are and what you offer, whether the visual and verbal identity feels cohesive, how easy it is to navigate and take action, and how the overall experience lands for someone who knows nothing about you yet.

  • Not if you don't! Honestly, some brands just need a few targeted fixes, and I'll happily point you in the direction I think will make the biggest impact. I'm not interested in selling you something you don't need. If there are things you can realistically tackle on your own, I'll give you any resources I can to help. The whole point is to give you an honest picture and clarity on next steps, whatever that turns out to be.
