When we’re making different assets over time it’s easy to lose the visual plot. I can come in with fresh eyes and see if I recognize your brand and see the pieces working clearly?

Can I find you in search? Does an AI search scrape your site? Do I understand how to buy from you? I’ll go through the whole process of browsing your website, following your social platforms, and signing up for emails as a new user so you can know exactly how someone experiences your brand from start to finish.

Your biggest priorities

I don’t want to overload you with a giant checklist or score card. I want to highlight what I think is already great about your brand, and three clear things you could do next to improve your presence. No judgey list, just a few actionable improvements so you can walk away with a game plan.

THE PROCESS

Here’s how it works

  • Fill out this short form and send me the links I need to get the full picture. I intentionally keep this intro short because I want to come in with fresh eyes and without a lot of context so I can give you an honest outside perspective.

    You’ll receive an email from me saying hello, confirming schedule, and a payment link to get started.

  • I'll go through your full digital presence as an outside viewer, the way a potential customer or collaborator would, and take stock of everything I'm noticing along the way.

  • Within 1–2 weeks, you’ll receive your personalized report and video walkthrough, including your three biggest priorities and recommendations.

  • We’ll meet for 30 minutes to answer questions, talk through your report, and make sure you feel confident knowing exactly what to do next.

Your Checkup is yours to run with. Make the changes yourself, hand the recommendations to another designer, or bring me in to help.

If the right next step is working with me, your $350 Checkup fee will be credited toward the project.

Got questions?

  • I can work with what you have! If social is your primary presence right now, that's totally fine. Just know that the more you have for me to look at, the more useful the audit will be.

  • I'd genuinely want to know if something didn't land or if you felt like I missed something important. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.

  • Not if you don't! Honestly, some brands just need a few targeted fixes, and I'll happily point you in the direction I think will make the biggest impact. I'm not interested in selling you something you don't need. If there are things you can realistically tackle on your own, I'll give you any resources I can to help. The whole point is to give you an honest picture and clarity on next steps, whatever that turns out to be.

  • Then you probably don't need the Checkup. If you've already decided you're ready for professional design help, take a look at the Brand Facelift or Signature Branding instead. I begin each project with a full review of your current brand (if any), so a lot of this is covered automatically in that process.

  • Your visual identity, website, social/digital presence, and the major customer-facing touchpoints you share with me. I’m looking at both how everything looks and how clearly and consistently your brand comes across.

  • I tell everyone 1-2 weeks, which gives me some breathing room if my schedule is full. In practice, I can usually get it to you within a few days. Either way, I'll let you know roughly when to expect it when I say hello after I've received your intake form.

  • Nope. DIY logos, Canva graphics, half-finished websites, and things you pieced together as you went are all fair game. The point is to assess what you actually have now.

  • Not as part of the Checkup. I’ll show you what I think should change, explain why, and give you actionable recommendations—but the actual design work is a separate service.
