You can bumble your way around Canva and website builders well enough to make it work, but then you see someone else's brand, the kind that feels really put-together and intentional, and the imposter syndrome creeps in.

Every time you need to make a new post or promo or email, you're starting from scratch, noodling around with visuals for way too long because you don't have a real set of rules or assets to pull from. You're always kind of making it up as you go. When someone else helps you out, the result looks completely different from everything else.   • Instead of starting from scratch, I take inspiration from brand elements you’re already using - logo, colors, font styles, graphic elements - and then evolve them into what I think is the strongest representation of your brand moving forward. This package is about working from the groundwork you’ve already laid and then fleshing that out and upgrading it into a professional set of assets you can use endlessly well into the future.

  • When I’m finished, I’ll hand you very logo variation, colorway, and file format you could ever need. Instead of just a jpeg you try to make work, you’ll have a fully usable professional identity with stacked, horizontal, and icon versions, in every color combination, ready to drop into anything. No more cobbling together logos when you need something new.

  • Custom patterns, illustrations, and graphics to flesh out your brand and give you a consistent visual world to build from. Now when you sit down to make something, you won't be starting from scratch. You'll have a whole set of pieces that already feel like you.

  • A full walkthrough of how I see your business: your values, your customers, your messaging, your voice, and all of my visual choices for every part of the brand, with a video walkthrough you can refer back to. This becomes a resource you can use forever and hand to anyone who ever works on your brand.

  • All the nitty-gritty details: color codes, font usage, asset guidelines. Whoever touches your brand in the future can keep it consistent without needing hand-holding from you.

  • I'll spend one dedicated workday overhauling your existing site to match your new brand. No matter what, you'll walk away with a fully redesigned homepage and updated site-wide design that makes it easy to keep building. Most standard 5-page sites get a full refresh within our time together.

THE PROCESS

how it works

  • Tell me a little about your project, your business, and where you're at. Just enough for me to understand what you're building.

  • I’ll pop you a quick to confirm we're aligned, and then I'll send over a contract and invoice to get things started.

  • I’ll set up your own project dashboard where you can schedule your discovery call, track progress, give feedback, handle billing, and access all your files in one place.

  • This is a 1-2 hour call to dig into everything: your project, your history, your dream customer, your goals, what you love and hate about your current brand, and anything else I need to really understand you and your business.

  • I'll go away and create your full design strategy: an extensive mood board, complete logo suite, full identity package (fonts, color palette, brand extensions), and extended brand assets (illustrations, graphics, patterns, stock photography, and more), working from the direction you’ve already created and elevating it to be what I think will be most useful to you moving forward.

  • I’ll send you a 40+ page strategy and brand presentation PDF packaged up with a full video walkthrough so you can review it at your own pace. Everything explained, everything contextualized.

  • Once you’ve digested my proposed direction, you can share your feedback through the client portal and I'll make any tweaks and adjustments needed to make it feel just right, before moving on to updating your website. This package includes one round of revisions, but if we need more than that to nail it we can switch to an hourly billing structure.

  • Once we’ve confirmed the branding, I’ll spend one dedicated workday overhauling your existing site (on whatever builder you're already using) to match your new brand. At minimum you'll have a fully redesigned homepage and updated site-wide styles to set you on the right path. The finished product will vary depending on how detailed your existing site is, but you’ll have a strong foundation to finish out the design as needed, and feel empowered keep updating your website over time.

  • Finally, you’ll complete your final payment and I‘ll send you a deeply organized Dropbox folder: all logo assets in every file format, extended brand assets, your brand stylesheet, and bonus cheatsheets for which file types to use when and how to use your new assets in Canva. Everything you need to hit the ground running, and use your new brand with confidence.

THE LOGISTICS

a few things to know before we begin..…

  • Because this is a shorter timeline at a lower cost, payment is split into two parts: 70% upfront to kick off the project, and 30% on final file delivery.

  • This package works best for someone who wants a professional glow-up but doesn't have a super specific idea of what that looks like yet. Unlike my full branding package, where we spend time together nailing down the best visual direction, here I'll move ahead with what I think is the strongest concept for your business and pour my all into it. I want you to love it, and I'm happy to make one round of minor tweaks if something feels off. But this package includes one visual direction and one revision round. If you need additional revisions after that, we can work at an hourly rate.

  • I'm working with your existing site and your existing copy, photos, and content. My goal is to take everything you already have and make it look and feel like a polished brand. I'll spend one dedicated workday on your website, which is typically enough to refresh a standard 5-page site. If yours is larger or more complex, I'll prioritize the homepage and highest-traffic pages first and make sure the site-wide styles carry everything forward. I'd rather under-promise than disappoint you.

  • The main way I find new clients is by sharing past projects on long and short-form video, so to participate in this package, you'll need to agree to have your business featured in social media content and promotional materials down the road. Honestly, this is my favorite part. I love getting to show off my clients and their incredible businesses.

Got questions?

  • I can work with whatever you're already on. I have the most experience with Squarespace, which is also what I'd recommend for most small businesses because it's the most flexible visually while still being really easy for you to use and update on your own. But I'm not going to make you migrate your site. We work with what you have.

  • I'll do my best to get as far as I can in one dedicated workday. For most standard business sites, that's often enough to refresh the whole thing. If yours is larger or more complex, I'll prioritize the homepage and highest-traffic pages first, and make sure the site-wide styles are set so everything feels cohesive even if I don't touch every individual page. I'll give you a clear picture of what I expect to accomplish before we start.

  • This package includes a refresh of your existing site, not a full build from scratch. If you need a completely new website built from the ground up, that's something we can discuss separately, or you might be a better fit for the Signature Branding + Web package.

  • Yes. This package is designed to take what you've already built and level it up. If you're starting from zero, my Signature Branding package is the better fit because we can build everything intentionally from the beginning.

  • It's completely custom. I know a lot of designers offer lower-cost services as what's called a 'branding kit,' which is essentially a pre-designed template they sell a limited number of times with minor tweaks. That's not what this is. I'm building your brand from scratch, specifically for your business, your values, and your customers. Fully original. That's genuinely uncommon at this price point and something I think is worth calling out.

  • The main differences are process depth, visual options, and deliverables. In the Signature package, we do a deeper strategic dive together, you see three distinct visual directions before we choose one, you get a 60+ page brand guidelines document, more revision rounds, and options for web, packaging, and additional assets. This package is more streamlined: one strong direction based on our discovery call, one revision round, and a 40+ page presentation plus a brand stylesheet. You're still getting a beautiful, fully custom brand. It's just a more efficient process for someone who's ready to trust the direction and run with it.

  • One round of minor revisions is included. If things still need adjusting after that, we can switch to an hourly rate to keep going. I genuinely want you to love what I make for you, so this isn't meant to be a hard stop. It's just the honest structure of a more streamlined process.
