Conscious Strides

Conscious Strides is the practice of an ADHD therapist based in Washington DC, specializing in working with women diagnosed later in life.

She had a thriving practice, a book in development, regular workshops, and a growing vision for group coaching programs and speaking engagements — but a DIYed brand that hadn't kept up. We wanted something that felt like a trusted friend with impressive credentials: warm and joyful without tipping into unprofessional. The brand also needed room to grow as she continues building out products and tools for her community.

The brand’s centerpiece is a twisting line mark that reads as a monogram, a winding path forward, & a loose interpretation of a brain in motion. A full set of illustrations & patterns you might doodle in the margins — squiggles, underlines, arrows, stars — & a friendly extended color palette give the brand system that active, creative energy without sacrificing polish.

We also developed three sub-brands for her membership, planner, & product line built into the system from the start, each with enough variations to keep expanding as her offerings grow. Most importantly, the whole system lives as templates & tools in her Canva account so she can build independently going forward, no matter where her big ideas take her.
